Try on something completely different than what you think you want. I went to DB first and tried on what I thought I wanted but found nothing, then went to Alfred angelo. I originally wanted lace, nothing princessy,  absolutely no shiney material  and ended up loving this satin ballgown with no lace

I’m not too thrilled with any of them, unfortunately. Have you considered letting the bridal stylists choose some dresses they think would be very flattering to you? You might be surprised if you let your ideas go and try something outside the box of what you initially had in mind. It couldn’t hurt! 🙂

shawna.darling4:  I actually didn’t pick it but thank you lol sorry my other message may have been misleading. I thought it was the one and I loved it but I wanted to go look one more time juuust to make sure because I’m insanely indecisive like that. I chose this one last week.

If you want a pretty lace dress then see who sells Allure Bridal in your area. Most dress are 1300 or under.
