Help me pick one! Not overly concerned about the price, Darling Husband said to just pick what I want. I’m just a horrible decision maker! If I get a cheaper one, I’ll likely get some new sneakers also. Otherwise, I’ll wait & get new sneakers after Christmas….
White North Face fuzzy fleece, $99
Black North Face fuzzy fleece, $99
White Columbia, non-fuzzy ($25 at TJMaxx)
Black Columbia non-fuzzy ($25 at TJMaxx)

Northface is so much warmer than Columbia, though the deal for Columbia is awesome. I recently bought two vests, one Northface and one Columbia, and the Northface one is soooo warm. The Columbia one is white, and I don’t know what I was thinking…it’s so hard to keep clean!

@peachacid: My current one is a purple Columbia. It’s been ok, but nothing spectacular. I’ve been drooling over these fuzzy NF ones for a couple of months, but then ran upon the Columbia deal at TJMaxx today & started to have 2nd thoughts!

I have both a North Face and Columbia and find them both to be equally warm. I think that with Columbia, you tend to get the same quality stuff for a cheaper price — especially in this particular case. 25 bucks is a great deal for Columbia products, which are just as costly as TNF, usually.
I do have to say that TNF is “trendier” for now, but Columbia is great quality, long-lasting, outdoorsy kind of stuff, it’s just not a “fashion statement” line.
If you have a pet, I’d probably keep away from the black. White is a bit harder to keep clean, but nothing that a wash wouldn’t be able to take care of.

Definitely north face. I would discourage the white colors ony because they will get filthy and show dirt very quickly.

I have the fuzzy Northface one, it’s great. If you wear face makeup, I’d go with the black since my white one gets stains around the collar from my foundation.
If you haven’t tried them yet–I love the Lululemon scuba hoodies. I bought one a few weeks ago & I’m obsessed with it. I’ve always been a huge Northface fan, but this jacket has won me over.
