    Depends on who the people are. If it’s a couple distant friends you hardly talk to, then sure, get the dress of your dreams. If the people are at all important though, I would personally choose people over dress.

    If there is nowhere else in the budget to trim the extra $500, then I think it’s reasonable to put some people on the B, C, or D list. Just keep in mind, like bowsergirl says, it depends on the people and how close you are to them.
