@taterjuice:  I really haven’t seen anything like that. Its very possible it is a custom ring, or it could also be a one of a kind that was purchased at an estate sale/ antique store.

@taterjuice:  i did a simple google image search and came up with a pricescope forum which did not give details about who designed the setting 🙁 sorry! maybe you can get a custom?

@taterjuice:  looks like it might be a genuine antique to me.

ETA: It’s an OEC so I am 99.9% certain that since the woman bought them together, it is an original antique, since she is/was planning on removing the stone from that setting and she bought the piece second-hand and has much smaller fingers than the original setting.
