I have been reading Weddingbee boards for years now, but this is my first post. No one I personally know has ever had a miscarriage, so dealing with mine was (and still is at times) very difficult. Reading the stories and supportive comments that ladies on here share has helped me so much, though, so I thought I’d finally join as we start this new journey.

Roll call:

Status (MC cycle/rest cycle/TTC cycle): TTC cycle

MC History: MMC at 9 weeks (first pregnancy) end of March

Issues (if any): None that we know of

Action Plan for next TTC cycle (ie Baby Aspirin, progesterone, etc): prenatals, charting, sperm meets egg plan

Link to chart: N/A

What are your biggest challenges right now? I’ve been having trouble being patient and staying positive. My HCG levels decreased incredibly slowly (or at least it felt that way) and just finally got a negative blood test today, so not knowing what’s going on with my body has been frustrating. This has been such an emotional process overall, but I’m ready to move on and try again.

Current coping strategies/favorite inspirational quotes: Staying busy with work, crafting, hanging out with the hubby and our puppy

Just for fun: post a picture of your pet for happiness! My sleepy puppy…this little guy makes us so happy!

Roll call:

Status (MC cycle/rest cycle/TTC cycle): 2 weeks since D&C at 10 weeks.

MC History: First pregnancy, baby stopped developing at 8 weeks, found out at 9 weeks.

Issues (if any): lean PCOS if grasping for diagnosis, otherwise unexplained.

Action Plan for next TTC cycle (ie Baby Aspirin, progesterone, etc): IVF retreival #5 planned for July or Aug

What are your biggest challenges right now? Still bleeding after two weeks.. ugh.

Current coping strategies/favorite inspirational quotes:  Just trying to stay hopeful for next cycle.  Bought flights last week to go to Europe in 3 weeks to get away from it all for 2 weeks before startign again.

Just for fun: post a picture of your pet for happiness!

pinkshoes:  I’m soo sorry to hear that you lost your pregnancy. I remember when you got your bfp. I think everyone on the board was extatic for you. I’ve lost two pregnancies and I don’t think I can fully understand how cheated you must feel right now, after everything you have already had to go through. I hope you are able to enjoy your trip, and best wishes for a sticky bfp next round!

Thanks ladies.. the long journey continues.

Our unofficial stunner kick off has started.  We started working on getting the exterior of the house painted again.  We’ve been at it as long as we’ve been ttc. Lol.  Doing one side per year and hoping up finally finish this year and get our summers back!

Roll call:

Status (MC cycle/rest cycle/TTC cycle): TTC via IVF

MC History: Tried for over a year and finally got pg on our 3rd medicated (femara/ovidrel) cycle. MMC at 8 weeks.

Issues (if any): PCOS

Action Plan for next TTC cycle (ie Baby Aspirin, progesterone, etc): Just did my egg retrieval on Friday. We got 11 eggs, 9 mature, 8 fertilized, and day 3 report showed 6 where they should be and 2 a bit behind with potential to catch up. We’ll get more info on Thursday and hopefully will have a few to send off for PGS testing and will eventually do a FET.

Link to chart: Not really using it now.

What are your biggest challenges right now? Getting pregnant, continuously eating right and exercising regularly. It’s sooo hard for me after a long commute but fertilitiy meds have made me feel GROSS.

Current coping strategies/favorite inspirational quotes: Making plans, traveling, reading, spending time with family.

Just for fun: post a picture of your pet for happiness! I’ll post one shortly!

AFM, 7dpo, and back from my trip to NC. As much as I would’ve loved to be pregnant, I was glad i could have fun and drink some cocktails with my ladies. Going to try not to test til this weekend maybe. Also, I posted on the last thread, but I wanted to repost for anyone who did not see. (i already got some PMs, thank you ladies for wanting to send our baby a letter).

Grady’s first birthday is coming up in a little over a month (june 28), and we are going to have our immediate family over june 26th. We’re going to ask them all to bring a letter for him and we’ll burn it so that the smoke can send him the messages to heaven. My husband and I do that a lot when we can’t visit him at the cemtery. I wanted to just extend that Letter idea to you guys as well. If you are interested (no pressure) you can mail me a letter which i WILL NOT READ (unless you want me to), and I’ll toss it in the fire for him from you. 🙂 you can PM me for my address

Ok so it took me a while but here’s my cat Murphy. Couldn’t help but add this second pic. It’s just too funny.
