@bella2004:  I don’t think there’s any way to change your period without the pill. I think the best you can do is track your ovulation and try to get pregnant either (approximately) two weeks before or after the wedding (assuming you’re on a 28-day cycle).

Well you’re not guaranteed to get pregnant on your first go anyway so I wouldn’t stress about it. It shouldn’t matter in the grand scheme of things whether you conceived on your wedding night, 2 weeks after or 2 months after?!

 

But if it is really that important you could always move your wedding 😉

@bella2004:  There is no way to know if it will effect your cycle or TTC. If you really don’t want your period to come then take BC for that one month. A lot of bee’s get on it to regulate their cycle even after they have been TTC for a while. Also stress can cause your cycle to change, you may not even have your period when you are supposed to 🙂

 

@Corgi-cariad:  Move the wedding? I am pretty sure the OP is in too far to move her wedding!
