I would call your doctor and have them explain it to you. But in the meantime here is a good website for reference. Are you seeing a specialist? Or a regular OB? If you go to the babies board we have some great TTC discussions.

They probably didn’t provide you with an evaluation of the lab because you have an upcoming appointment–it’s so much easier to talk about these issues and answer your questions in person.

Your FSH and Estradiol both indicate good ovarian reserve (you have enough eggs). Your TSH is in the normal range (no thyroid problem). Your prolactin level is normal (elevated prolactin can cause infertility). DHEA is also normal, it helps evaluate whether your adrenal glands are making your sex steroid hormone precursors. You don’t have too much testosterone. In other words–no abmormalities here.
