Not TTC yet but I did buy the book for the Fertility Awareness Method.  I have not gone off the pill yet but got the book so I can start reading for the future.  It has been interesting so far.

Honestly, I an ovulations tracker on my ipod. lol  Not sure how accurate it is.  I guess we’ll find out!

I use an OPK, but I just tried it for the first time this month and don’t know yet if it worked. I know some people chart basal body temperature in the morning.

I used http://www.fertilityfriend.com and tracked temperatures and used the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor.  You could use the OPK instead and be just as effective.  I didn’t track cervical mucous and it what I tracked worked relatively well.

also used fertility friend (just for my period) and read a couple books…I followed my dr’s recommendation and didn’t track the other things (like temp) at first, since she thought that added pressure/stress
