I have no advice for you because I am very new to all of this, but I totally understand the anxiousness. The first time we BD/DTD (whatever you call it!) after I got off the pill, I kept thinking and thinking and thinking that anytime now I can be pregnant! We definitely drive ourselves crazy! Take a deep breath!

O that’s so tough. I have found that as regular as we might be normally, when we start to TTC, AF decides to screw with us! Any idea how many DPO you are?

No advice, my pregnancy symptoms were exactly like my period symptoms. I am also never late so when I didn’t wake up to aunt flo I immediately took a test and it was positive. What kind of test did you use?

@afuturemrsl:  I would wait and test again next week in the morning. unless obviously your period comes.

good luck

@afuturemrsl:  totally makes sense, you don’t want to get your hopes up! Again, this isn’t advice but if it were me I would buy another test and take it first thing tomorrow morning!

they say your homone levels double every day for the first few weeks so I would say get the most sensitive test you can find and then wait a few days if it still comes back negative it is probably just stress.

Did I write this?

I stopped bc 5 months ago and had 28,28,28,26,25 day cycles.

I am now 3 days late (with a 28 day cycle) and no signs of af or baby symptons.  This was the first month we tried so I did not chart.  I took (2) dollar tree tests and clear blue test and all have come back negative.  I took a dollar tree test one day before af after work, morning of one day after missed af and the clear blue this morning.

I don’t have anymore hpt’s at home and I am not going to buy any until at least one week after missed af.

I am also very frustrated.  I would like to know if I am pregnant or if I am not.  I don’t want to feel excitement and I would like to start next cycle if necessary.  I am also very frustrated because I don’t have anyone to vent to (we are keeping ttc a secret).  My husband is very supportative but is after all a guy.
