@chkygal02:  2 quick suggestions: read this thread http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/what-to-expect-ttc#axzz2PWBVa8wq and begin charting and using OPK, Ovulation Predictor Kits.  Wondflo makes them, sells them online for around 20 cents a pop.  I pee on them everyother day to know when I “O” since I can’t decopher CM or CP. Without charting there is no way to know when the O will come, since some people O at 9 days and some (like me) at 24 days.

@chkygal02:  The OPK’s are a great suggestion. However they only detect your LH surge. The surge does not mean you are actually ovulating. I would highly suggest reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It is a very helpful and informative book. I would also start taking your temperature. Good luck!

I never used OPK’s but I strongly recommend temping/charting. It can seem daunting at first but it’s pretty simple, really. It really helped me understand my cycles.

@chkygal02:  Use a BBT thermometer. You don’t have to use that kind but it works better. The best app for chating is Fertility Friend. It’s sooo easy to use. Good luck!
