Before we started actively TTCing, I’ve been using the CBFM and have always gotten a few days of Highs then a Peak for 2 days.
However, when we decided to start TTC, the second month, the monitor only gave me Highs and it’s been this way for 2 months now 🙁
I don’t understand. It was perfect when I didn’t exactly need it to be, but now that I do, it won’t give me Peaks anymore.
I don’t think the monitor is trying to “get to know me” because I’ve been using it for a while now.
I’ve been really frustrated. It’s like everything is going against me… Because what are the chances that it decides to go bonkers the very moment we use it for TTC!
Has anyone experienced this before?

Mine missed my peak last month even though I got clear positive OPKs on another brand of test. I read that it calculates movements in your hormone levels each day compared to the day before rather than looking at each day on an individual basis and therefore can miss the peak if it’s more of a gradual rise. Do you read the sticks? I know you’re not meant to but it’s always clear to me from looking at them as to when my peak is.

I use the CBFM and think this may have happened once or twice with me. Unfortunately I have no explanation for it. I am older but as far as I know everything is working as it should be. I wouldn’t freak out about it because I bet next month you will get them.
