I know what you mean. I’ve looked at some others like The Bump or What to Expect, but I haven’t found any of them as useful as this forum to be honest. That said, I also like Reddit because it has specific subreddits for specific issues.

Babycenter! You’re gonna run into a ton of weirdos there but it’s the largest forum for TTC that I’ve found. Plus when you get pregnant it’s nice to be able to roll right into a month group from there.

@tess90:  babycenter is pretty good. But also preTTC I lurked on our POAS boards and learned sooooo much.

@tommywantwingy:  what kind of weirdos?! I haven’t dug deep enough I guess to have encountered them. But there are a lot of people post graphic photos and “implantation bleeding?!?!?” Questions to which I’m usually like… that’s a period.

I honestly like WB better than any other site. I joined babycenter when I had a miscarriage in the past and that was good cause there are just a lot more people on babycenter than here, so more people dealing with specific issues you may be going through. But for general TTC and pregnancy, WB all the way! The POAS boards are really helpful and then the pregnancy month groups which usually end up on FB are also nice. The people on WB tend to be more informed and just normal lol for lack of a better word than I have found on other forums. I made some amazing friends on the TTC boards here in the past, and have even met up with some IRL and still talk to them daily!

I’m also on Baby Centre and it’s good for articles etc but much prefer the ladies on the WB POAS boards!

One thing I will say is that some of the websites are somewhat irritating because they have a million rules about what you can post where and it can be tiresome to be lectured or have your threads closed on silly technicalities.  It’s something that is turning me off reddit even though I like the fact that there are specific subreddits for each issue.
