I would say yes, I had all sorts of crampy and twingey feelings in the first few weeks after my BFP. I assumed it was my uterus getting used to the new inhabitant! Then it slowed down and pretty much stopped for a few weeks until today, at 10 weeks, when I am getting quite sharp pains low down in the bottom part of my uterus. Your body is having to go through a big adjustment, so some pain / twinging / cramping is normal!

When it may not normal is when it gets super painful or when you start seeing blood. And if you get sharp one sided pain, you may want to visit your doctor to rule out an ectopic. But I think at this stage, there’s probably nothing to worry about.

In my experience (4th baby), this is completely normal. Even though it’s early, things are shifting and stretch and changing in your pelvis. As long as it’s not extreme pain, I would say it is fine. Look up round ligament pain and see if that is what you are experiencing.
