I like the length, but am not a fan of the dropped waist. I feel like it should poof out from your natural waist, I think that would be more flattering. I agree with a pp that the way your wearing the veil seems a bit off. i prefer how it’s worn in the photo she posted.

I really like the length on you, and the tulle skirt is so romantic!

@Old Hollywood  I think it’s a very simple and pretty dress. I love tea length 🙂 On the model it hits a little higher on her leg, and I think you should consider shorterning it (just a little). Just think of the fabulous shoes you can rock in a dress that length! As for the veil, I think it takes away from your face too much – hides you.  The other birdcage-ish veils that were posted are more delicate…I would go that route. People want to see the beautiful bride more than her veil 🙂

Love the dress, looks great with a birdcage veil. Maybe go for a shorter/smaller birdcage veil?

How are you doing your hair?

Mmesilverbullet suggested some beautiful birdcage veils that are gorgeous, and I like those more. I like the dress, and I think that will all look gorgeous with some awesome high heels, maybe colored or embellished?

With an expert tailor, the dress will fit properly in the bust and it will be lovely. I actually would prefer a veil made out of russian or french netting instead of tulle, though. The tulle veil is a little too matchy-matchy and reads more “sweet” than “glamorous”. I love the ankle length dress, you’re going to be stunning!

@Old Hollywood  You need a big petticoat under that dress it would look great with a bit more volume, and i love that veil Smile

I love the veil!  It’s very old fashioned.  I think I see the vision for the dress as well and once it’s the right size it should be lovely.  Good choices!

About the shoes though, honestly, I wouldn’t choose silver.  The dress and veil read as vintage and silver just doesn’t. In my opinion.  What about nude, navy or one of your accent colors?  If you love silver though, go for it!  It’s your wedding! 😉

This looks beautiful — I love tea lengths. I agree with the PP — I think the skirt would benefit from a little more volume, just perhaps a slightly bigger petticoat. Silver shoes would be totally cute — and you could also change into a really fun colored shoe for your reception.
