I am a runner and have used anti chafe gel for years. While I have never tried it for the purpose you need, I think it just might work! I have never had issues with staining or marks, although my running tights are darker colors.

I don’t remember the brand names offhand, but I can update when I get home from work.

Could the waist be brought in and up a little? I had some chafing like that when I had my second fitting, and it was because the waist was too large and low, so it was just hanging. When the waist came in, that helped it to support itself a little so the full weight wasn’t hanging off my shoulders.

Oh no! Your dress is gorgeous, it sucks that it’s causing irritation 😕 try dusting Silky Underwear by Lush on your skin! It is great for chafing. As a clear/white powder it won’t stain like a gel could. Plus it smells amazing!

Did she tighten the straps at all? They look like they are digging in. Could easily be the lost weight through having the whole weight of the gown on the thin tulle straps.

The brand I use is called 2Toms sport shield. I like it because it is a roll on. I hate the lotions because then I have to wash my hands after.

I had a lotion previously that worked well. It was a green bottle (it could have even been Body Glide; I don’t remember). But I hated having to wash my hands after applying.

I would do a test patch somewhere on the underneath portion of your dress first. Good luck!

Your dress is beautiful! I would just make sure you do some at home flash tests before you decide on anything. Make sure something isn’t giving you flashback
