I have the Sophia Tolli Olenna which has a tulle train and another bit underneath. I am starting to worry about how the bustle is going to work. I was having a bit of dress regret and prefer the train when it’s down, and am paranoid it’s going to look stupid when it has been bustled up. So does anyone have any photos of their mermaid or fit and flare bustle??

I don’t have a great photo but I had a fit-to-flare/mermaid with a dupioni silk base layer and a tulle/lace overlay. What my seamstress did was to do a french under bustle for the base layer (just one button/hook) and then a single point over bustle for the tulle layer. I had just a couple buttons that I had put on the back down to my waist and the loop for the over bustle just attached to the bottom button.
I dislike the look of an under bustle but the tulle completely hid it and both were the perfect length.
EDIT: I fpuns a couple photos that show the back pretty well

That looks really nice. I’ve seen a few french bustles that look horrible and have put me off. I think I will have to wait and see what happens at my first fitting.
