@FutureMrsCooke:  It’s tulle. Checked the sophia tolli website for you

Fyi, here’s the description as per the website:

Delicate yet dramatic, misty tulle and lace Marielena captivates and excites. The sweetheart neckline features decadent hand-beading and figure-flattering mermaid silhouette features skillfully placed lace appliqués that trail down onto the tulle skirt, complemented by magnificently beaded lines. A chapel length train and functional corset back finish off this dreamy dropped waist look. Removable straps are included.

Forgot to answer tye second part of your question. Organza is a very stiff fabric so if you make the dress in organza it won’t have the flowy skirt as seen in the last pic. Tulle ranges from very soft (made of cotton or silk) to very stiff (polyster). I would stick to tulle but also upgrade the fabric to partial silk if possible.

I can see why someone would think it’s organza from the photo it kind of looks like it is but my dress was both tulle and organza on the bottom and there wasn’t a huge difference in the fabrics to be honest. I’d say go with tulle for your dress because it’s lighter and moves really nice when you walk.

See on my dress the top layer that is draped is orgnaza and the underneath layers are tulle.
