As others have said, have you tried increasing your fiber intake?  I was taking a tbsp of Benefiber twice a day for a while.  Now my tummy has swung the other way so I don’t need it.

I prefer Citracel to Benefiber– the Benefiber I found made me more gassy. Also work your way up to the full dose when you start- otherwise you tend to get pretty bloaty from the sudden increase in fiber. And I prefer the powder to any of the tablets. 

I have IBS so I know way too much about all the different options.
