Which program would be suitable for me? I do not really work out usually but I am thinking of getting healthier and losing about 5-10lbs. I am 23 and weigh about 113lbs, 5 ft 2. Whenever I worked out, I would get extreme muscle pain the next day (which was why I do not work out much). Any suggestions?

I’ve never done Turbo Jam or Fire, but I’ve completed the other two and both Insanity and P90X are pretty extreme. From your message it sounds like you would not be into something too extreme…
Also, when you hurt a ton the next day its usually good – a sign that your workout is getting muscles you haven’t used in a while whipped into shape. If its really terrible just take some ibuprofen and drink A LOT of water to help your body move the lactic acid (which is what’s causing the pain) out.
