We are staying at the Grace Bay Club, and it’s a gorgeous hotel with all the luxury amenities you could ask for. You are given a personal concierge at check-in, champagne & fruit in your room, etc. Although, I will say any of the hotels on Grace Bay Beach are beautiful (Gansevoort, Veranda, Amanyara) .. If you’d like something more secluded, I would suggest the Beach House, Parrot Cay, or a villa rental in the south side of the Island (Taylor or Sapodilla Bay). We rented a villa last time we were there, and it was a blast. We absolutely love TCI, and cannot wait to go back. Enjoy!

We stayed at the Veranda for our honeymoon because we were looking for something all inclusive – unfortunately, it was purchased by Beaches and converted to an annex of their property as of December, so unless your dream honeymoon includes lots of families running around, I wouldn’t recommend it.  I do highly recommend Seven Stars – it’s gorgeous.  We walked through it and decided that next time we go to Turks & Caicos we will definitely be staying there!  It’s beautiful, but not as stuffy as some of the other hotels felt.  Also, it’s in walking distance to some of the restaurants and shops in town which is a great perk.  Good luck – you will LOVE Turks & Caicos, it’s GORGEOUS and the people are very nice!

We are going to the Turks and Caicos this May for our honeymoon! We are staying at the Beaches resort. I am however not super excited about the kids, there are a few areas (swim up bar, etc) that I believe will have less kids, at least I hope. We wanted an all-inclusive resort and you are very limited on the island as there are not very many. The Beaches does have some water slides which I’m sure the inner kid in us will eventually come out on!  For the people that have already gone, what are a couple things we DEFINITELY need to do while there? Good Luck planning LauLau!!

We’ve been to the Regent Palm and the Gaansvoort in T&C and loved both.  Gaansvoort was set further apart from the other resorts and felt more intimate than the Repost so I preferred it slightly..but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at either.

We walked by the Beaches resort several times and it looked much too crowded & family-oriented for our tastes.

Check out the T&C forum on TripAdvisor for really great recs on restaurants and things to do.
