I always feel that many of us spend a lot of time thinking about how the wedding should be in relation to you and your interests. While that’s obviously important I feel that you also need to make it fun for your guests so that you, in turn, end up with amazing memories for years to come. I mean many of them travel to come see you! You can’t let them down!
I’m thinking of many ways to add little activity stations at my wedding so that people can go from station to station casually and always find something interesting to do. I’ve been to wedding fairs where you can rent photo booths, or on a budget, just buy a bunch of polaroid cameras with plenty of film lying around and see what ends up gathering at the end of the day. Or leave a flip camera with a friend that would be engage your guests to leave little videos for the newlyweds to enjoy far into the future.
Is there any other fun activites that my fellow bees can buzz up? Seeing too many thick guest books at weddings partially filled, I’ve decided to go through the route of vintage post cards. To make it interesting, I’ve decided to order a customized mail box made by a small vendor on a craft site. I’d rather support a vendor of that size because you know they’ll put in so much effort for you.
Here’s a prelim vintage postcard vendor that I’m looking into…
Here’s the mailbox that I’m pretty set on from another vendor. I think the postcards from above and this mailbox with clay roses would work out perfectly….
Well I look forward to all your amazing comments and ideas!
Thank you much!
