We’re getting married in an all-glass chapel and having our reception at an old hotel. Our ceremony is at 4:30pm.
The MOH/BM are wearing Alfred Sung short Ebony dresses with yellow heels:
The dresses are dark gray, and so I don’t know if a black tux or gray tux will look better. I made these two online. Which do you prefer with the dark gray dresses?

My girls are also wearing Grey Alfred Sung dresses! and our guys are wearing grey suits, so you can guess what my vote is!

I think the gray goes well considering those are your colors. If you go with the black suits I think you might have to die in black with the color scheme as well. Love the gray/yellow!

Those are the same tuxes that we are using for our wedding! I LOVEEEEE them and they were actually one of the first things I decided on after we got engaged. We are also having the Billy Balls for our flowers and I’m super excited. Everything you posted looks super beautiful!

Yay! I’m glad yall are liking the gray one because that’s really my favorite. When I look at the black and yellow, I just think of a bee. LOL!
@SweetRose2011: You’ve made some great choices you’ve made!

The gray would be lighter, and easier to wear in the spring. It also really looks lovely with the yellow.

I prefer the black since you have gray Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses.
I think gray tuxes with the gray dresses just makes for too much gray overall. If you had any other color for your Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses, I would vote gray. But I don’t care for the gray with gray look.

@Mrs.KMM: I know what you mean about the gray and gray together. Fiance doesn’t like the gray one. 🙁 So it’ll probably be black now. I just don’t want them to look like bees. I love weddingbee, just don’t want my groom/groomsmen to look like bumble bees. LOL!!

@heather5743: It could be worse. I recenly went to a wedding where the groom wore brown pants, a different shade of brown suspenders, a strawberry-ice cream pink shirt, and white shoes…. The groomsmen looked much the same. No joke, they looked like neopolitan ice cream sandwiches… And the bridesmaids dresses were DB “jade”. They had a strawberry ice cream pink shawl, and they wore cowboy boots…. matching ones. Not saying that those aren’t cute ideas, but I feel like the poor bride just couldn’t decide on what colors to use, so she used a combination, but not in the most flattering way.
