No sooner than 3 months.  We went in June for our October wedding to choose everything and register the wedding party, and the people at Men’s Wearhouse thought that was too soon.  If you do it too far out, the guys will need to be remeasured closer to the wedding date anyway.  Our guys got measured in August, about 8 weeks out.

I recommend getting all the guys together (if possible) 6-8 weeks before to have them measured and put down their deposits.  That way you don’t have to track them down when they haven’t done it by the due date.  Guys are just not good with this stuff.  They don’t get it.

Men’s Wearhouse said we had until 2 weeks before the wedding to change the final order (sizes, colors, etc). You can technically wait until then, but I wouldn’t

I’m getting married next August, and we went in and picked everything out and “reserved” them; however, we didn’t have to do any of the measurements then.  The deadline they gave us to get the guys measured was about 7 weeks before our wedding (last chance to get fitted).  I’ll probably have Fiance email the guys about a month before the deadline, so they have some time to go in and do it.

We did a month before hand. It worked out perfectly. The guys had a short time line to go get messaured, like 2 weeks. And it was perfect, not too much time for them to forget about it.

Men’s Warehouse is awesome!!  We decided to go in 3 months prior because half of our guys are on the east coast and flying to Denver for our wedding. Fiance set the account here, and then our guys, at will, could go into any MW and get measured. Their info was put into the system and tuxes will be waiting here in Colorado for them. Im a worry wart (by nature) so we wanted to give the guys a relaxed time frame to get into a store. I would have bugged Fiance near to death about when when when if we only gave them 2 or 3 weeks to get it done. hehe
