onthefritz: Simple but perfect answer +1
Haruyou: Hubby and I felt the same before we were maried. It honestly does take all the pressure of the wedding night off. Follow the three E’s: Experiment, explore, and enjoy. If something hurts, try a different position or act. There is no wrong as long as you both are having fun.

Don’t drink beforehand. It will dry you out and it doesn’t feel as good. You don’t want to be foggy. Also don’t have a big meal beforehand because that can be uncomfortable. And don’t go for girl on top right off the bat. You want the least amount of penetration possible the first time. So go for missionary or spoon style. You can still control things in missionary by putting your hands on his hips. I have been “doing it” for a long time and I still need to be way revved up to get on top. It just hurts otherwise. Same with straight up doggy style.

SObride2015: We use coconut oil! It is the only thing we have ever used, actually. Works great!

Me and my husband lost our virginity to each other when we were 24 and 25- it was really special, because it was with someone I love. It wasn’t great sex the first time (it never is), but it has gotten great. I would say take it slow, make sure to communicate with each other, definitely use lube, and don’t get frustrated if things don’t work exactly as planned. It will eventually get there, but it might take time.
Definitely pee after to avoid UTIs- I made that mistake! Ouch!
