I like the color, but from previous threads here on WB, I’ve heard that the dresses can be pricey.

I think there are similar ones at Victoria’s Secret for like 1/2 the price… but they probably don’t have as many color choices.

I think they’re definitely formal enough for a semi-formal event.  🙂

The dresses are pricey, but beautiful! I got a similar style online at VictoriasSecret.com, $95 but different colors. Chocolate brown for my wedding! The boys are having a pastel green. Completely dressy enough, I think they’re beautiful!

I think they look very dressy …. floor length and flowy is pretty much always going to be dressy.  I don’t know how much they cost but if they really are as expensive as the other bees are implying (and you don’t want to go with the lesser expensive version from VS), I’d recommend maybe paying for part of the dress cost to make it more affordable for your maids.  But I do still think they are beautiful dresses!

I think they are beautiful, but maybe not beautiful enough to justify the expensive.

The VS ones are great, but don’t have the rosewater color…

Here is the color selection from VS!

I got the “Flirty Convertible Dress” in chocolate brown. It’s a rich, deep color. I also bought one for myself in the plum color! $95!

I love those dresses!  I wanted to have them for my BMs, but they are all still in school and I felt bad making them spend anything over $100.  I actually found some great dresses at modcloth.com for $60 that everyone loves and can wear again.  I like two birds so much that I may just buy a dress for myself!

VS is a great option, but it seemed like some of the dresses may be a little revealing on their site.  It may have just been the model though.

As a not so skinny girl, I will put in my two cents that the only way I would feel comfortable in one of these dresses would be if the option of having the insert piece bandeau like what is shown on the two birds website.  These are hard to wear for those of us without a perfect figure or for girls who HAVE to wear a bra!  🙂

I also think the price tag is too much unless you plan to and can afford to chip in on the cost.

But wow they sure are pretty!

Erin Leigh Heart on Etsy makes these dresses…they are pretty inexpensive and she offers wholesale discounts for bridesmaids:
