Two stations are included in our price per person. FH and I feel obliged to have a pasta station for pickier eaters and a red meat station since most people enjoy that choice the most. However, if we add a third station it adds $5-7/person depending on what we choose. My fiance is bummed because he really wants a station that reflects some of the most eclectic food we enjoy (sushi, tacos, etc) something along those lines. If you were a guest and could only choose two stations which would you prefer? Do you think 3 are worth it?
1) Pasta station
-3 different types of pasta
-3 sauces (red, pesto, alfredo)
-garlic bread
-grated cheeses and other mix-ins
2) Roast beef or Prime rib carving station
-mashed potatoes (we choose flavor if wanted)
-vegetable
-bread
-green salad
3) Taco bar
-hard and soft shells
-jalapenos, onions, peppers, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, etc.
-chicken or beef option
-Mexican rice
