The first one.  Shouldn’t Heidi have a Mrs. in front of her name?

I like the 2nd one bettee.  You might want to add a poll to this to get more opinions.

And this is just me being nitpicky and please don’t be offended but I think the second “of” in the “tastes of all of our guests” is slightly redundant.  Love your color combo!

I agree with PPs.  I’d ditch the second “of” and I would make it Mr. and Mrs. David Smith.

I like the 1st one.  The space to write numbers and the check box seems redundant.

I like the second one, because what if you are inviting more than 2 people on one invite or even less than 2. Sometimes I find the numbers make this confusing. If you invited someone without a guests and they saw 1 of 2 then they would think they could bring a guest.

Definitely option 1 – it reads better. But if someone replies 1 of 2 will attend…how do you know which one is attending and which one isn’t?

@RyanAndKristina2012:  I only ask because if you plan on making seating cards, you’ll want full names. Perhaps you can add a line that says “circle the names of those attending?” Or something like that?
