I think you just have to try it on and see.  I wore the Monique Lhuillier Magical skirt with the Mystique Corset for my wedding.

I have my doubts because I think you may need more length in the torso.   A  dress with unbroken line  fit to your bust and then taken  in everywhere else or a two piece with a longer top might work out better.

@xoxoRachell:  hi!  I will be wearing one of the WTOO corset and skirts dresses. I was REALLY concerned about how this would work since I am 36d bust   I wear a street size 4/6 so this makes me pretty top heavy. After i tried on the dress I fell in love. Then I went into full on panic mode! How will I ever be able to wear this corset?? I can’t find a bra with a low enough back. There isn’t enough built in support. Oh my goodness, I’m screwed!  Luckily, I freaked out over nothing. I have an amazing seamstress. All she had to do was sew a bra in for me. With the corset back to tie everything up tight, the built in bra was all I needed. Here is what I suggest: go try it on with a seamstress present. They will be able to tell you what will need to be done to make the dress work for you. Don’t be discouraged. My dress came out AMAZING and I can’t wait to wear it on THE day!
