We got engaged at the beginning of our week long vacay in Aruba.  My fiance contacted a photographer to have our engagement pics done there a day before we left.  We loved them.  We didn’t really have special outfits planned since it was a little unexpected, atleast for me.  I just used one of my flowy beach dresses I had in my suitcase.  We did half our pictures on land and half in the water.  It probobly lasted 2 hours and we got a DVD of all the files to print on our own within 24 hours when our plane was leaving.

We got engaged on a beach in CT but then went on a mini-vacay with my family in Cape Cod. My parents are photographers and did our e-photos.

I just looked at my folder on my computer.  We had 135 pictures and they were all the good shots.

We had thought about doing some in our bathing suits for the water ones but decided to just go in with our outfits on.

I did a beach shoot back in November.  It was windy and cold, but they were troopers!  They did do one outfit change, they changed in their car since there were no other options.  We shot for around 1.5 hours

We did our engagement shoot in October of 2009 on the beach, it lasted about 2 1/2 – 3 hours. I wish we had done an outfit change but love my pictures regardless! πŸ˜€

We actually did 3 changes of clothes and 3 different locations as well.  This was one of them, one was our reception location, and one was at home.  Our e-pic session was about 2.5-3 hours long even with changing and driving.  πŸ™‚

@miss.skinner: Ohhh, I really love the 4th pic down!

@jgoulart: Gotta love the toes in the sand pic! I like how you can see the outlines of your reflections in the water/sand as well! So pretty!

We got our e-pics taken in Cape May Point, NJ in August (we got engaged there back in April).  We met with our photographer around 5:30 and spent 2-2.5 hours with her– the lighting at that time of day in August is gorgeous.  We got back about 170 images to choose from.  We did not do an outfit change, but we did walk all over the point to get a variety of settings in our pics.

I can’t get the pics to upload, but here’s a link to our photog’s preview: http://premaphotographic.com/?p=1006
