I don’t care if it’s a fad I will always love a rose gold/white gold combo! Here’s my favorite.

Rose gold has been around for a long time. My 87 year old grandmother has a rose gold wedding band from when she got married almost 60 years ago. Rose gold has made a come back and is popular at the moment but I don’t think it will ever truly go out of style. This is my old ering, rose gold with white gold prongs.

tonit:  I definitely don’t think rose gold is a temporary fad. It’s such a beautiful metal and looks amazing with many skin tones. I love the look of it with white gold or platinum — very striking. Even if it is a temporary fad, you should get what you love. If you love it now, you will probably still love it in years to come.

My original wedding band is two-toned. It is yellow and white gold. I still love the look of the two metals together. (Even though I keep reading in different internet style articles that YG and WG together are “out” — ha, ha!)

Mine is mixed white gold and rose gold and I will always be obsessed with it even if some say it’s a fad…

I have two tone white and rose.  Yes, its trendy right now but I will always love the pink tone of rose gold.

My band is gold, but the top of my setting is white gold. I think it is different, which is why I love it 🙂

I do not think its a trend esp if you love it… My ring is rose gold with white prongs and a white gold band. I just like rose gold better with my skin tone so i dont think I’ll ever get sick of it

I don’t have any rose gold rings yet (unless I count the RG band in my Trinity ring lolz) but just wanted to say that it’s def. not a temporary fad. I have earrings from the 1920s that are RG &YG.

I don’t have a two tone ring, but DH does! He wanted to get a two tone white and yellow gold ring (rose gold doesn’t look great with his skin tone), and I have a white gold engagement ring and a yellow gold wedding band.

To me, yellow gold is ever so slightly more classic, I mean that’s what you think of when you hear GOLD, but get what you love 🙂

ETA also, even if you buy online, especially if you go custom, make sure to go to a jeweler and try some things on in person!

Rose gold has been around centuries before white gold was even an option. White gold is just plated yellow gold, and needs maintenance.  So rose or yellow gold is an easier option,  because it only needs to be cleaned and buffed,  but not re- dipped. here is my custom made white and rose gold wedding band
