No, it is just that the 4H silicon carbide that makes up Forever One, Amora Gem, etc can be grown to be colourless, or near colourless.

The G-H-I stones are still Forever Ones (as in 4H silicon carbide, instead of regular 6H silicon carbide for regular moissanite/FBs), but a near colourless option for those who prefer that. Amora Gem can also be available in G/H, and it is generally quite sought after, actually.

I had H&A moissanites from MoissaniteCo that are also 4H silicon carbide, and I chose an H option instead of D-F as I prefer stones near-colourless or below versus colourless.

You will probably find the Forever Brilliant in G-H-I will still display more body colour than the Forever Ones – it is not like they are graded by GIA or AGS – and perform differently when it comes to scintillation, etc. The Forever Ones also often have some better cuts to them (though not always…I would not order from C&C, I would order from Moissanite Co and have them select you a stone, or send you videos so you can select one).

If you want the warmer white go with Forever Brilliant. Also I highly recommend buying from moissaniteco their prices are a lot cheaper!

Well, keep in mind the material for the shape, size, class, is still all lab grown and being lab grown does not mean immune to any variation. Sometimes things happen that change the actual colour. For example, BTD once accidentally ended up with a bunch of blue Amora Gems. They were popular, but it was the result of some contamination of some sort, and they don’t even know how to replicate it.

The F1 G-I stones aren’t contaminated, they just for whatever reason are not colourless (due to presence of certain chemical properties I expect). Not all manmade diamonds show up the same colour either.

But the chemical structure of the F1 D-F and G-I are still the same, being that 4H silicon carbide. Everything like brilliance, scintillation, lustre, ought to all be same. They do list which ones are colourless and which are near colourless, so you can choose.

Similar, the cut varies. They aren’t “robot cut” like Amora Gems so variation can be expected. Sometimes there are some great F1s, sometimes not. I personally prefer the H&As from Moissanite Co so I am not the best judge of F1 cuts but there are some that are better than others.

As for why to buy from MoissaniteCo: C&C will just sell you anything. Moissanite Co prescreens the stones they will sell (they send a lot back to C&C) and refuse to sell them.
