I would go with the 2nd pair, if the blue ones are too narrow, in my experience, those straps will give you blisters. I’d get the second pair and solve the cushion problem with gel/cushion insoles, they make them for the ball of the foot only. I use them in all my high heels, they’re about $10 and 100% worth it. The cushion in the front can help with the length too, if it’s just by a hair, because they will push your foot back by the thickness of the insole.

Maybe they’d let you test them in the store by walking on a bunched towel or something to test how they’d be on something soft/uneven? Not the same as outside but might give you a better idea, won’t damage them, won’t get them dirty and you don’t have to leave the store.

The 1st pair of shoes I got for my wedding were narrow and bugged me a little but I thought it would be okay after a while… the more I wore them to break them in the more it hurt. I went out and got different shoes and I’m so happy I did… shoes that are narrow hurt so much after a little walking. I also really LOVE the 2nd pair.

I like the second one way better. And I think they would be fine on uneven ground. I have platform wedges that are 5 inches and I’m fine on grass (I don’t wear heels that often, so they’re a lot higher than I usually wear). I can post a picture of mine if you want.

I think it depends on which one you may get more “wear” out of after your wedding. If that’s important to you, then only you know your style and taste. If comfort and price is most important to you, I’d say follow your gut instincts. Good luck!
