That’s enormous, how did that even happen? I hear that their customer service is really good though, so I’m sure it will get straightened out eventually. I ordered from them on Black Friday too, but I’m doing the mould… that’s on its way to me now.

I don’t have anenhancer or guard from Two Birch, so I won’t post my  ring picture , but I do have a really gorgeous great quality ring from them,  so I can attest to the great customer service I received,  so I hope your service experience is similar, and it gets worked out soon for you.  I’m sure that’s very frustrating for you !  BTW, the enhancer you chose is lovely!  Please keep us updated,  and of course upload pics once this is straightened out.  Good luck bee 🙂

Oh my goodness! That is crazy and how disappointing!  I appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience with them. I myself purchase a ring guard from them back in May. I didn’t do the mold as I figured my ring was as typical as you could get. Long story short, the guard came in defective and was too narrow for my 2mm e-ring. I had been so excited to get it too 🙁 their customer service was great though.  I did end up getting the mold kit…wish I could say that turned out well, but it didn’t either. Customer service again was good, but I have since given up with the guard. .at least for now. Hope yours turns out well OP! keep us updated!
