Has anyone tried on or used Twobirds bridesmaid dresses? http://twobirdsbridesmaid.com/
I love how they look online but wanted to know what the fabric quality is like. I really want to pick dresses that each girl can customize and wear whatever neckline they feel most comfortable in. Thanks!

those look fabulous – and no alterations! I like the classic version
Would all your BMs being willing to pay the price for one?

They seem like nice dresses but, as a Bridesmaid or Best Man, I would not be willing to pay for one. I personally think they are way too much to ask a Bridesmaid or Best Man to pay for. Are you helping pay for the dresses? Or have you talked to your Bridesmaid or Best Man about how much they’re going to have to spend?

I originally wanted these for my Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses but could not justify asking my friends to pay this much for a very very basic dress. Tons of places sell infinity dresses.

They’re beautiful, but really pricey. I went with the Victoria’s Secret Convertible Dress as a more budget-friendly alternative for my girls… but they don’t offer the floor-length, that’s the only thing. They were $85 and I found a free shipping coupon code online.

Thanks for all the opinions! Yes, I would help pay. Just wondering if anyone has seen the fabric in person. It seems like a lot for what appears to be jersey material…

You could also check getting married website they have a simaliar dress and also dressey make a version.

i was told they only come in jersey, which wasn’t formal enough for our needs. plus jersey isn’t the most flattering fabric on everyone (i.e. people with curves)

Thanks everyone! Yes, I’m thinking the jersey probably isn’t the best fabric… I will check out dessey.

There are TONS of other designers that do the convertible/infinity dress. Including Etsy. Just do a search on there and many of them would send you fabric samples.
beware that the VS one is quite sheer. Not ideal for outdoor weddings. And the ruched version is a bit…too sexy imo for weddings.

@dcbride88: My girls are wearing the Twobirds dresses in their Slate color. 5 bm’s are wearing the ballgown length and my jr bm is wearing the butterfly length. They are quite formal in person and believe it or not the fabric is great on everyone, as it is not jersey. No lie the dress compliments every shape and/or size. Also, they only come in two sizes. Size A = 0-14 and Size B = 16-24.
Please don’t hesitate letting me know if you have any specific questions about them.

I have to disagree that the dress is flattering on everyone. I’m average sized but I have D cup boobs. I tried one on as a possibility for a wedding I was in this summer and it was a bad situation. Anyone who has large boobs will likely feel uncomfortable. The only option they had for me was to wear a matching tube top underneath which was unflattering and created weird lines. I think picking a line that has a bunch of different dresses in the same fabric and color is a much better option than picking one dress that can be worn many ways.
