@_Adelaide_:  Super type-A here as well and was going to make timeline cards for all those involved. I. love. your clipart choices! Are you willing to send along the files or the template? If not, I understand, but man, mine was going to be way less cute. Plus, we have 4 cats so it seems fitting!

These are awesome! I’m so type-A that I worked out our timeline a couple of days ago (after verifying times with photographer, Mua/hair, etc… However, I’ve gone so far as to include checklists and such (Make sure to bring….etc etc)… Or, a reminder for the caterer to be very quiet during the ceremony, as the prep room is very, very close by. Things that I need them to know, but will forget by the day of. Also, you tell vendors about a month prior all of the tedious details, but I wonder how much of it they will fail to remember the day of (like where the butlers should enter the reception areas from, etc).

They will ALL get one. A little overboard? Maybe, but it’s not their wedding and no one cares about it going nearly as smooth as Fiance and I do. I’ve heard too many horror stories about small details being passed over, vendors constantly coming to the bride and other regretful things happening that could easily be avoided. No thank you, not taking my chances.

I’m thinking I’ll print up something pocket sized on card stock with the times for that person on one side, and the contact info for everyone on the other side just in case.

These are absolutely adorable and they please my Type A personality to no end : ) I’m still just under 7 months out but the timeline is weighing on me because I want to be able to plan out the day already!

Can I ask what fonts you used? I love them!

Cute! And the timeline matches mine almost exactly. Would you mind sharing the file via email? I’d love a copy to play around with to suit my own day. Otherwise I will have a super boring Word document!

(But if you don’t want to share, that’s cool!)
