you’d be suprised how good fingertip veils look with mermaid/trumpet style dresses. It’s entirely up to you though. All would look good. If you had your heart set on a chapel length veil there are some on ebay for under 20 bucks that look not bad quality.

I like your dress! I actually tried that one on too! I’m also wearing a mermaid Allure dress (mine is Allure Couture), and I’ll most likely wear a fingertip length. I don’t think it’ll look choppy. I think that length looks really good with mermaid silhouettes. I was originally planning on wearing a cathedral length but since my dress is fully beaded till near the bottom, the veil kept getting caught on the crystals. I also noticed that the cathedral covered the details of the back of my dress, so I liked the fingertip length more. 

Take pics when you have your dress on with different veil lengths, so you can visualize it more.
