Okay, Soooo I lost 65 lbs in about 6 months or so. (Perhaps a little more) And that was solely without excercise and watching carbs. (Which has always worked best for me). For the past six months I have not lost (or gained) anything! I havent changed the way I am eating, and I ADDED using the treadmill everyday. I bounce up one pound, then down one pound back and forth back and forth. I am so freaking frusturated!!! Any ideas??? I wanted to lose another 25 lbs in the next couple of months and I just am getting so discouraged.

Have you tried weight training? Adding weights to my routine crashed me out of the plateau I’d been stuck in. You may not see a difference in the scale, but take measurements to track your progress. I didn’t lose any more weight since I added in the weights, but I’ve gone down a size! And still going.

@misspeanut: Ugh maybe I will try that. It’s just so irritating!

Are you on My Fitness pal? you can add me same user name as wedding bee. It really seems to help.

Do you use MyFitnessPal or anything? It’s possible that with adding in exercise you are not netting enough calories to keep your metabolism burning at the highest possible capacity.
I second measurements & weightlifting as well. Interval training is also pretty awesome in terms of boosting your metabolism. Maybe do a jog/walk or a hill workout on the treadmill to break up the monotany?
Congrats on your weightloss so far! You know you can do it, you just need to break through the plateau!
