you wanted honest opinions?  the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are six to eight inches too short, other than that they are beautiful…

i think im probably one of the only pple that don’t think they are too short!!! i would have loved to wear one of those as a Bridesmaid or Best Man.  some pple really have that traditional satin or chiffon look of bm dresses stuck in their heads.  and i super hate that look, every wedding the bm dresses look almost the same!

and everyone saying they will be cold makes absolutely no sense because if you look at the traditional bm dress they are sleaveless or strapless and usually in thin fabrics as well.  so either way they will be cold!!

no one should dictate to you what is “appropriate” for a wedding, do what you want!

i actually ended up picking bm dresses from zara that were much more unique looking than anything i could find at a bridal shop!

Honestly, you should do what makes you happy. I keep having various people, my mother, my sister, my dad, telling me what they think should be in my wedding. I realize these people are important to me, but I think if you tell your mom (as I have done) that it is important to you that your bridesmaids fit this theme, (especially if your Bridesmaid or Best Man like them!) then she will understand! While I might think them too short if I had to wear them, you don’t know me and it’s not my wedding! You should do what makes YOU happy!

I agree with some preivous commetn that these Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses will take away from the bride. They are very short and a lil edgy as in almost inappropriate. Not all brdies have their bridesmaid dresses match identically but they usually have similarity and these dresses really dont hold that group theme to them. after the MOH’s dress the next 3 seem to be very very short in length and the 4th one seems to be the best one.  and truely brigns out the endless summer theme. however the last one seems out of the loop all together.

I would deffinately rethink these dresses and maybe talk to your bridesmaids about them or even the Maid/Matron of Honor have her help you out and see what she says.

They would be adorable for spring/summer but I don’t feel that any of them are appropriate for a January in Denver.  The endless summer theme is really pushing it for that date and locale.

They are too short most of them, and that’s not appropriate. Do you want them or you to be the center of attention and I don’t like the MOh dress either its odd the halter on top …. Sorry

@mrsSonthebeach:  “Some of them are a little short and they are fairly casual, but I wouldn’t call them inappropriate.

+1.
