koiocha:  Beautiful! I also love dress #2 from BHLDN. I agree with PP this one is a touch big and doesnt show of your amazing figure. 5″10? I wish!! You’re so lucky. You look good in all of them.

koiocha:  I feel your pain….I’m 6’0 with an extraordinary long torso. It’s pretty much impossible for me to find dresses that hit my waist and hips in the right spot. Really not much I can do about it…besides complain lol.

I really like this dress on you…it just needs to be taken in, which most dresses do anyways. At least you won’t have to pay to get it hemmed!

I love the strapless from the other post, it’s light and airy and looks stunning on you (or it will once you alter it and don’t have to hold on to a bunch of fabric in the back

Love the strapless one in the other post better than the first and this one. It makes you look stunning. This one, although it’s a beautiful dress, does not do much for you.

I am in LOVE with that dress, I’ve been watching it online for months. I think that once you get it altered you’ll be in love with it too.

This dress loks great when you pull it in to fit you. You will look fab in it when it is altered. I also like the second dress in the other thread.

koiocha:  Thanks, that helps a lot! I have almost those exact measurements — my hips always throw off my sizing.  I figured it’s best to have it a bit loose, it’s easier to take in than let out.

This one is by far my favourite of the 3, but definitely needs to be taken in. It’s a fantastic dress, and I can see it’s going to be gorgeous on you when it’s altered. Hopefully you grown to love it a bit once it’s taken in.

Second choice would be the strapless one in your other thread, and then the one with straps in your other thread I don’t really like at all. (Sorry).

You can sell the other two dresses, and you need to get this right, so don’t feel at all bad for buying 3 dresses online!

koiocha:  Hey our measurements are pretty close! My problem is my butt is 42″ lol

I’m getting my major alterations done really early, she said she won’t charge me more to go in and do “touch ups” on the final fitting shortly before the wedding, but since I have some serious alterations she wanted to get it started sooner and be able to have time to devote to it. I’d atleast get it scheduled so that way they block off the needed time for close to the wedding!

Also, fwiw I think this dress would look much better with a different necklace, long draped pearls if you want to go the pearl route, or a pendant.
