You can’t be good all the time, remember that! The important thing is that you recognised you made a mistake and you won’t let it happen again for a while!

I find I always do much better when I do a food shop and get all my food in for the week. Otherwise I end up having no food in and eat ‘whatever i feel like’ which is usually a pizza or something similar.

But when I have food in, I have a plan and it’s so much easier to stick to!

We’ll just call today your “cheat day” Wink. Every now and then when I fall off the bandwagon, I allow myself 1 cheat day a week (sometimes 2…) then vow to do the right thing the rest of the week. I’m cheering for ya!
