Protein. Lots and lots of it! If you have an exercise regimine, start doing less cardio and more strength training.

@mepayne: i don’t work at like at all. I’m a pretty lazy person and all eat is meat and fruit basically. sometimes veggies and some carbs…
i have been eating 3 oreos a day haha.

How unfortunate. Maybe you should introduce some Big Macs into your diet.

Are you totally stressing ton?!?!?! Youmay not even know you are…. but could definitely be your probem :/
Try to keep as calm as you can. Don’t worry about having some snacks! Walking or rushing around could be a cardio too…
Yoga may help if you can take a class or two… or rent/get a video for calming yoga. You concentrate on your breathing and tone muscles – but shouldn’t really be a losing weight workout.
Put a few more carbs into your diet

Add an Carnation Instant Breakfast, Ensure or any nutritional supplement drink to your day. Not as a meal replacement but something you drink in between meals or before bed.
Theyre healthy and nutritionally dense, much better idea then eating a big Mac.

Get your dress taken in again. You have time.

Dude, indulge! That’s an awesome problem to have. I’d eat like a freaking pig until your wedding!

@RunnerBride13: they said it will mess the dress up if i take it in anymore beacuse the stupid consultant talked me into getting WAY to big of a size.

@alishaloo: I find that hard to believe. You’re talking about like what, 5 lbs? That would need very minimal alterations. Ask them again!

I had my dress altered by a co worker of my Mother-In-Law (who used to work with wedding dresses). Basically – I went somewhere other then the place I bought it.
I made her take the top of the chest in on the sides because the boobs part just would not lay flat to my chest (and i don’t have large boobs). I also had a corset dress, that on my wedding day was almost completely closed in the back because I think the consultants also ordered it a size too large. If it has a corsett, I don’t see the problem in ordering a size smaller?! They aggrivate me sometimes! haha
So DO ask them again, or take it to someone who will, but just be careful to try and not lose any more weight than you have 🙂
I agree with Mstellah about the drinks – they are good for you and could make you gain weight!
also if your dress is strapless?… are you wearing a bra? You could try getting a more padded bra if you do – or get one if you currently are not wearing one.
