“But I just fell in love with it and felt like a little brat of a princess when I tried it on! ;-)”

Your words!!!

I think both dresses are gorgeous. And for my particular style I would probably be more likely to go for the second one. But the way you talked about your dress makes me feel like you LOVE it, and you will look and feel fabulous in it. PLUS all the accessory plans you have for it.

But ultimately, it’s your choice.

@Evie19: Yes, you are correct. Be stronger than the pull to look at dresses!!!

i think its ok to feel this way as long as you still LOVE your dress!  I had dress regret with my first dress without even looking at other dresses. so i knew i had to sell (and luckily i did).  but before i sold it i started looking and that was when i really knew i had to find another one.

but, like i said, in your case….you still seem to love your dress. and yes you might also love this second dress. but you ARE allowed to love more than one dress.  although popular opinion says we find our wedding dress and then we know its the ONE….as in comparing the concept to finding our fiance (“the one”).  But you are not actually hurting anyone or being unfaithful by being attracted to other dresses while still committing to your own!

Those two dresses have some beautiful beading.

Both dresses are gorgeous, but I have to say that I like the first one best.  It has this romantic whimsical feel to it and I can just see how that would be even more enhanced by your plans to make it more of an a-line.  πŸ™‚

No,no,no. YOUR dress is so unique that I wouldn’t even entertain the thought of the other one.
