You have such a great figure, all of those dresses look terrific on you! What if you did a bit of a compromise? Not quite ballgown, but an A-line?

I think you pull that look off really well.  Looks great on you.

I think that dress looks absolutely gorgeous on you! I agree with what Jules said. Maybe an A line?

I actually love that dress on you! It looks light and flowy and romantic!

Im not normally a ballgown girl myself(my dress is fit to flare).

I took a look at your other thread and out of those dresses I only really liked #5 on you which is too bad he wasnt a fan.

I do think this dress(more of a Full A-line then a typical ballgown)is by far the most flattering on you. You look spectacular. =)

i can see why your Fiance wants you to wear this dress… you look SO SEXY! i think you are very beautiful in this dress, if i can suggest… pick another smaller beaded sash to make your fabulous figure and waist look great.

I think you should buy a dress that you like, and makes you feel beautiful.  If you buy something that you’re not comfortable in, it will show on your face in all of the pics.

Once you’re all done up w hair, makeup, etc he’ll forget all about the ball gown.

@Dell79:  I went back and had a closer look at your other post, and I hate to say this because I know you love the dress, but I have to agree with your FI—I think that’s my least favorite of them all (sorry!) I think #1 is more of an A-line, but I think a dress that goes out a little bit more would be really perfect (think in between the ballgown and #1).

@Dell79:  Yup, I agree! I think a little less ‘fru fru’ in the bottom, a little more classic elegance, but a similar shape and you’ll be bang on!

@mrsromo:  I agree.

Buy something you truly love, because if you compromise on the dress and buy something you don’t like as much, you will most likely regret it.

If you really do like the ballgown look and want to try more on (you do look good in this one! but you look good in a lot of the other ones too), then of course do that! But don’t abandon something you love for something that you only like, because on your wedding day your Fiance will think you are stunning either way, and when you’re buying accessories and later look at pictures I think you will be more concerned with the dress you chose than he will.
