That does suck! I hope they rent it out soon to. When my cousin went thru this the realtor ended up just coming in and got bit by my cousin’s dog. He tried to sue even though the lease clearly states that he had to give reasonable notice and work around my cousin’s schedule and wasn’t to come in unnounced. It was very stressful. Post a beware of dog sign to cover your back just in case.

You should find out what your rights are as a tenant. For example, here we are required to give 24 hour notice to tenants (in writing) before a showing. If there is a change in time you can ask the tenant to be accommodating but really they can just say no since there isn’t enough notice. 

I would just give them the hours that you’re availble to show this week and let them figure it out that way. I would post a sign about the dog if they choose to show it when you’re not at home.
