1.5-2 carats is a sizable center stone, when you add a lot of detail around it in the wrong way it actually draws the attention away, I wouldn’t want to wear that but perphaps for an older person as PP’s have said its okay.

Love it! One of the flash NZ jewellers (Partridge Jeweller’s) does some similar rings which I’m totally in love with.

Well, it’s definitely not traditional or trendy… though I have been seeing more and more of that style of ring lately to be honest. I’d never wear it myself. Way too much sparkle even for me. And I am already picturing all the stones falling out one by one with my clumsiness. It also seems like it’d get snagged on things easily, which would drive me crazy. But if someone else likes it, more power to them!

It’s a bit bling for me (I’m a tomboy with potato farmer hands!) but I loved the style – because of the similarity to Saturn’s rings/atoms etc. I think it’s funky.

I love it! I also think it’s trendy, and as a result, wouldn’t want it as an e-ring. I would DEF wear it as a RHR anytime.

I think it’s really pretty.

I looked at this yesterday, came back today and I’m still not sure about this. It’s not UGLY, because in principle the bands are nice and so is the main stone however I think the bands are too far apart that that’s what is tricking my eye. Would be phenomenal if they were closer together though.

I think it’s pretty – but I would question whether or not said person wants to be able to wear a wedding band as that ring wouldn’t allow for it.

I love it. It isn’t traditional or trendy at all. I wish I could wear something like that but wouldn’t because I have short chubby fingers. It would look great on someone with long thin fingers.

It’s interesting. Too blingy for my own plain hand 🙂 but quite pretty.

Omg that’s exactly what it reminded me of too! 😉
I like it, but I don’t think I could pull it off.
I actually quite like it.

Wow, I would just wear that as a wedding “set”, so awesome! (My inner geek definitely loves it too)

I think it’s pretty cool, in an atomic, astronomic sort of way. I think you’d have to have long-fingered hands to pull it off, though. It would overwhelm short fingers.

I think it’s definitely appropriate for someone of an older age, and I think only someone of her age would be able to pull off a ring like that.
