That is sooo beautiful. Really classy and elegant. It really reminds me of Sex and The City!! I like your “vision” it sounds so cute, do you aleady have a wedding theme that will tie into it? Im guessing… yes? lol

Good on you for getting it, 2.30 am impulse buys are all part of being a woman. I mean it was on sale and in your size, of course you had to have it. Thats a bargain also, so you cant feel bad.

What type of shoes do you have in mind?

@ KLP – I totally would love to buy that dress, and almost have for the after party/get away dress…   FUN!

I love the dress! I probably wouldn’t tell him what the dress was for when it comes in because of how he may react (I know my bf might trip), but I can see why you couldn’t pass it up. That was a steal!!!

I love your idea of the birdcages and hats! I think it would be cute to have a tea theme.

That’s a super cute dress! Even if you don’t end up wearing as your get away dress, you could always wear it to a shower/bridal luncheon/etc. It would work for just about any of the “extra” wedding event dresses.

Love it as a getaway dress.  If you are not engaged but have a date then I think it is fine to buy a dress.  Just don’t tell your bf what it is for until later!

That is an awesome dress! And a birdcage or even a little cloche hat would be so great with it.  Well done!

I love that!  Very Jackie O.  I can totally see it with a little hat or birdcage veil, some rockin shoes, and short white gloved.  Love it!

when you find a good deal like that you can’t pass it up! it’s very cute! plus, it’s not like it’s exactly a big poofy bridal gown, so your bf will have no clue that you bought it for the wedding. :0)
