0.51 G VS1 AGS certified excellent cut round diamond imported into the UK from Whiteflash in Houston.  The diamond is one of their ‘A Cut Above’ diamonds.




The setting is 18 karat yellow gold and is from Mappin & Webb, Glasgow.  (It was made in their Birmingham workshop.)


Despite the 20% import duty it is still cheaper to buy top quality diamonds from America than it is from the UK.  As well as Whiteflash there are other reputable companies – Brian Gavin, James Allan, Good Old Gold.  With all of these choose the best diamond cut that you can get.  They also sell settings.

Loving everyone’s rings! Really interesting to see the different styles, sizes etc, as IRL I tend to find that a lot of people I see have similar rings; maybe the younger generation are changing things up a bit and stepping away from the norm, I don’t know!
