libraryowl:  thank you! Yes, I think we have, the civic offices for the ceremony and a memorial hall that’s literally around the corner. They’re both in my home town, mans we’re on a tight budget. It was originally in Cardiff, but that was too expensive for us

springbee2015:  Ugh yeah, I was super cross. Left a lengthy and detailed, but ever-so-calm tripadvisor review, so I couldn’t be accused of being unreasonable and getting the facts wrong.

For the confetti, I literally just bought some different coloured tissue paper and some leaf-shaped hole punches and just punched away! I did a sort-of ~tutorial~ on my blog.

It took a while to do, doing a few sheets at a time whilst watching TV, but I think it was worth it! One thing to be careful of though is the weather – I was fortunate in that it was the first dry day in weeks, so I didn’t get caught by this, but I was warned that coloured tissue paper can bleed a bit when wet, which could have made a bit of a delightful pattern on my dress. If it had been rainy, I’d have waited until we got inside and I’d shaken any excess water off to do the toss!

missbehaviorbee:  It’s a good date! Smack bang in the middle of the Easter holidays haha. Really hoping for good weather too as we’re supposed to be having photos done in the New Forest, where if it rains, it generally floods..!

I had my hen do yesterday! Snowboard lesson and donutting at dry ski slope, then a Thai meal out 🙂
