Another Yorkshire bee here. This is my ring, it’s tiny compared to some of the US rings but I love mine.

@qliceph:  I love the bezels on the side. Can you post a closer photo? That’s a design I rarely see and love it! 🥰

Love this thread! I feel like UK rings are quite different to US ones.

This is mine; I feel like it’s quite big for the UK but it’s because the stone is large for the carat weight (marquise stones can vary a lot in size):

It’s a 1.04ct (10.9×5.2mm) marquise in a platinum 0.26ct halo on an 18ct YG band. Had it custom made and I love it 😊

Hii Scottish bride here, I definitely see a big difference in rings, I find mine quite large compared to the rings I see around the UK. It a 2.5 carat diamond on a rose gold wedding band.

I do think the rings in the UK are a lot simpler then the double halos that you see on many US E-rings!

Hope your wedding planning is going well! definitely harder during covid, I had to change mine from last year to July due to everything xx

@dee45:  Thank you! I don’t see many sapphire rings around here so it’s nice to have something a bit different ☺️
