OMG YES! Fiance got me this tiny little cleaner shortly after he proposed (boy likes his gadgets!). It is great! I use it at least once a week, I just drop it in there, turn it on, let it do it’s thing and 3 minutes later take out my ring and dry it with a soft cloth – I then proceed to blin everyone with the brilliance. 🙂

My mom gave me her old sapphire ring where the sappire looked almost black. I threw it in there for 3 minutes and viola… shiny, pretty, like new! I really can’t say enough good things about this thing. The one bad thing is, if you have a loose stone, it may dislodge it (just be careful when you’re discarding the water).

I’ve heard you can’t use them with pave stones though?

I love mine! Fiance bought it on Amazon for about $30. We use it for my ring, his glasses, sunglasses and other jewelry. It’s true you shouldn’t use it on pave but I don’t remember your ring being pave.

I was given one by the jeweller we got our wedding rings from. We (my dad’s side of the family) had about £18k (approx $28.5k) of jewellery vouchers to use there after my granny’s ring went missing and the insurance claim came in jewellery vouchers, so they gave us a couple of little nice freebies.

I use it quite a lot and my ring always comes out sparkling. I’m planning to use it tomorrow before going to a Scottish forum meet-up.
